... ah, there comes the real "connaisseur"! I liked it, too! It's a coincidence that sunset is in the back, exactly opposite my driving direction, and I could get hold of my camera at that very moment.

(... still waiting for someone appreciating my "best rain cover ever" :lol:. I seem to be the only one driving in rain. Did anyone ever drive during snowfall? And took pictures of it? )

I posted one pic of a similar rain cover - a shed in the country that came along just as the skies opened. My driving companion that day kept complaining that he was afraid of "ambush cannibals" -- I guess the spot was a bit too lonely for his liking.

I also carry a black and white 64" golf umbrella in my trunk for emergencies!

No snow driving in my Spyker. The Bay Area simply doesn't get any snow.

Do I hear a beeper when you use your indicator?? great idea as I never am quite sure when mine are on/off, especially with the newer wheel blocking the light.... was it easy to fit? nice drive by the way.

When I drove #107 with the Lotus steering wheel (in the old days :l taught myself to tip the lever while driving through the corner. Because the blinker stops after three times when you tip the lever.

Yes I do that, which is usually fine changing lanes or in the country, but it's at the busy junctions where you have to wait - tip the lever for a little longer and it stays on, and should cancel when you turn... but doesn't always!

... yes my beeper for the indicator is very loud at low speed, just right at about 100mph and cannot be heard when at higher speeds... I consider it very important for German motorways and changing lanes!

I know. Putting the blinker on before the corner and tipping again in the corner was usually a perfect combination.

The propeller steering wheel is of course the best solution And on the newer models the blinker indicator is on the dash and not on the steering wheel column.
