I think that the Saleen has a rear overhang that rivals the Jaguar 220
Yes you are right, I never noticed that. Looking at that picture again; I like the looks of the Saleen and Jaguar XJ220 but this is a weak point in their design.
The dealer in North Miami who sold me #228 in December 2013, also had #223 for sale.
When I saw #223, it had 68 miles on the odometer. Shortly after I bought #228, #223 was sold to Naples Motorsports and in January 2014, it was advertised for sale by Naples Motorsports and had 330 miles on the odometer. To account for the 330 miles at the time, I suspect someone had taken it from North Miami on a little road trip to Key Largo, which is 73.3 miles. Then, to get back to North Miami would add another 73.3 mikes. From North Miami back to Naples Motorsports is 118 miles. These miles, including the original 68 miles, totaled 332.6, which is pretty close to the 330 miles it had on it when Naples Motorsports was selling it. In that regard, I believe I have accounted for about half of its current 700 miles:
Then, around February 2014, Naples Motorsports sold it to a dealer in Georgia named AdamsClassicCars. In August 2014, this video of #223 was posted on YouTube showing its dealer license plates in Georgia. The title of the video is "2013 Spyker", but that is obviously a mistake:
This looks low for a sub 1000miles car. Maybe BAT gets broader exposure. It is still $370K including premiums, but I would have thought it would be more in this color combo...
