Although the last picture is low quality (understatement) and it used to be mirrored: that duo tone interior looks good!!

Yes the photographer, for whatever reason, mirrored the last photograph, making it look like if this Aileron is a RHD, which she's not! To avoid confusion I re-mirrored the photograph (but now the Autojunk.nl is mirrored...)

Yes, this one still exists and is at the factory I believe.

I assume the LT4 V8 from Z06 which Spyker tested and was planning to use as replacement of the Audi engines.

Yes that's correct; this Spyker has a GM engine, delivering more HP than the Audi engine.
