#034 - C8 Double 12S - The Russian DuoPenotti car

I checked the entire register, but apparently this one does not have it's own thread yet. Amazing that this Double 12 is the most photographed one, and we still don't know it's VIN!

I wonder if it has the VIN in the bottom of the front window. Or is that only for the American market?

He Alex, thanks for the info. That's indeed strange! I would have guessed for an early VIN, as this car was spotted already some years ago.

The Double 12R Racecar was rebuild after it's last race into this road legal Double 12S...

Is this the DuoPenotti car? Because if it is, I guess the VIN is #034! Look at the handle of the glovebox.

It sure looks like it, it has the DuoPenotti colour combo. Do you know at what auto show this is? Then you can "cross-reference" with other pics to see which cars were attending the show.

This car got just finished before the RAI I believe. So it cant be number 006 unless they rebuild the car.
