Really?? That's interesting because that car had gone to China. That's #163 with a VF Supercharger and custom paint done by C&C Collision here in Los Angeles. It was done in conjunction with #165 that also went on the same boat to China, also with a Supercharger and custom paint.
Here are both cars in 2011 when we had them photographed before shipping to China

That is a US license plate holder. IIRC China has horizontal plates.
