I think it's an Audi 50. With silly wheels and the side trim removed. It's the strange round vents on the c pillar that give it away. Otherwise quite a nice mix of audi 80, golf and vw k70 bits and pieces! I thought it was a Brazilian VW Gol to begin with but that has an air cooled engine in the front and so no bonnet (hood) vents.
