#149 - C8 Laviolette LM85 Burnt Almond Orange with Gun Metal "S" logo / Black

VIN: XL9BA11G69Z363149

Visited the AutoRAI Amsterdam today.

Spyker itself wasn’t present but there was one Spyker LM85 at the AutoVisie Supercar Paddock.

Very cool to see one in real life. It’s really a beauty!!!

I also took a picture of the VIN and the LM85 turned out to be #149. But when I checked the Unofficial Spyker Register I found out that there already was a thread about a #149 Spyker: http://www.spykerowner.com/forum/uno...-blue-tan.html. I was very certain of the LM85 being #149 because I had the picture to prove it (see below). But also in the Blue #149 C8 Spyder thread there was a picture of the VIN (it being XL9AA11676Z363149). Strange right...???

Well spotted Niels !

This one was build in october 2008 according to the VIN sticker. The pressrelease of the full 2008 year results stated that two LM85's were build in 2008 so this is one of the very first, if not the first, examples!

Very strange indeed, but the Blue #149 VIN picture is kind of blurry; maybe it is something else besides 149? Although I don't know what else it could be...

It is even more odd because most of the LM85's identified thus far have had numbers in the 200's. Maybe this car has been reconstructed?

Could the blue "149" actually be the un-VIN'ed #148, which is shown to be blue?

Could be I guess. If I understand correctly SpykerOwner took the picture of the Blue car’s VIN-sticker. Maybe he remembers?
