I guess a Spyker with this color combination together with the propellor steering wheel equals: "VNDU€"

Not 100% sure, but I looked at the chart and found Pharaoh to be most likely. But in the photographs taken through the softtop window it appears more light brown than yellow, so I guess it's hard to tell for sure...

Every detail is a match.
We only need a confirmation, but I think we also can say (without confirmation) that this is #118

The pictures I posted are dated: 04-10-2008, #118 was allready sold at that time...

But according to Rijk, #118 has been in Switzerland, so could have visited Speedy Garage:
