The Aileron will have a full traction system.

Personally I like the absence of all electronic assists, but I could imagine that a number of these mishaps are caused by the unfamiliarity with the non-power brakes. If you are not used to the car, this can be very scary.

All the new C8 cars have power brakes. It would be interesting to know if this has led to less accidents.

It is even better: the Aileron will get the Lotus traction control. And you can adjust the settings of interference by the traction control on a Lotus yourself with a button on the steering wheel column. From 0% traction control in several (8?) steps up to 100%.

I think it's the one Bucciali spotted because the uploader mentions he found these pics online. A commenter says the car has been scrapped...

Looking at the pictures I noticed the rear wheel had broken off, but I don't see how that could have happened in the crash. Maybe I'm missing something, but couldn't it be the wheel sheered off which caused the crash?
