Dropping the top??

O.K. guys/gals,

I have tried to drop the top on my spyder but I'm having troubles folding the top into itself and having the polished bar go over top! I guess I'm not doing it right because it seems like there is just to much fabric for the polished bar to go over. Also what do you do with the little pieces on each side of the top, do you just stuff them in? Can you guys give me some hints or tips on how you do it?? Also does anybody have a good picture to show me how the top should look when down? I looked through all the pictures on the sight but could not find a good picture

I thought someone mentioned a video on raising and lowering the top. My technician at the dealership says its like doing origami to get it to fold properly. Not something I was looking forward to, so simply had him remove it for the season.

I checked out the manual from the owners section and got the top down! Yippie. It is hard to store the top and not bend the rear window. I thought the locking pins would automatically lock into place when you got the polished bar in the right spot but I was wrong lol It took me awhile to figure out that you just give them a half turn and then they lock. Thanks for your help.

Also how do I get permission to view the private youtube video???
