How to customize your Audi engine into a Spyker engine

Before and after shots after MMC put coil covers on the engine...my engine now looks more like a custom Spyker engine vs an Audi engine...way cool...to anyone who ever had doubts about the quality hand made build of these cars, just give a gander

Don't ask why, but I have laid out with the "after" first The other side of the engine has a similar look and feel, but tougher to photograph. Bottom lettering under Spyker reads "Holland" (very cool).

original looks of #045

... here are the original looks of the engine of my car. There seems to be a different cover on the engine. When and how did this change?

Maybe when they changed from belt driven camshafts to chain driven ones?

Yes I had the covers fitted too - look great. But now I see there are many other differences between our cars - I'll add a photo tomorrow but my car (138) has a plastic header tank not the nice alloy one you guys have, but then notice that the difference in the two airboxes above - seems the later the Spyker, the more plastic that creeps in... be interesting to see what the Aileron engine bay looks like..
