#021 - C8 Spyder T - Silver/Green
This is as far as I know the only C8 Spyder T that is build. It is the first time that Spyker used the new widebody that later became standard.
It has the same 4.2 Audi V8 as the normal cars but now fitted with 2 Turbo's and it delivers 525 hp and 560 Nm. The work on the engine is done by Cosworth. Originally the plan was to build 25 cars so that the Spyker C8 Spyder TR (later called C8 Spyder GT2R) could be homologated to race under both ACO and FIA GT rules. Quote:

Why did the C8T not make it into production?

Because the Spyker C8 is such a light car, that more than 400 HP without electronic driving aids, and in the hands of a novice, is a deadly combination.

Is this also #021, the C8 Spyder T? I took this photo at Pebble Beach, California, in August 2004.
