This is #189. It was delivered at Monza cars in Beirut in July.

Hans could you change the title of the thread and place it in the register?

Maybe this is the new car for the Sultan of Johor?

His previous (white) C8 Spyder got damaged at a dealer in Singapore and he bought the car from a dealer in Beirut.

This was the amount Sultan Ibrahim, who is the Sultan of Johor, forked out for the sports car, which he bought from a car dealer in Beirut, Lebanon, about two months ago.

PS How do you know that the car in the video's is #189? I don't see a VIN and I don't see a red softtop.

Could very well be, although the damaged car was handled by Hong Seh. So if he's ordering his car trough a dealer, it would be more logical to order at carpro for instance. Another option is that Spyker delivered a car directly to him.

This part is a bit strange, why would the Beirut representative have to pay for a mistake made in Singapore?

But on Tuesday, it was understood that a representative of the dealer in Beirut paid the money to the sultan's representative, even before the letter of demand was sent out.

I guess there is some weird connection between the Beirut dealer, the Sultan and Hong Seh Motors.

Maybe the Sultan likes to do business with/throug the dealer in Beirut? And when he has to order a new car he does that via the dealer in Beirut?
