Even though we had #233 already, this is excellent! You must be a student from Edvar van Daalen's School of VIN Wizardry!

      Well done !

      #215 is probably a C8 Spyder
#216 also, she was delivered to Silicon Valley Auto Group
      #223 is most likely a C8 Laviolette
      #226 also
#232 again a Laviolette, could be an LM85!
Winning on sunday, selling on monday!

Yes, a Laviolette, but not a LM85 ... See Google results:

          XL9BA11G49Z363232 - Google zoeken

Sorry, detailed page was not available anymore. But at least we know it was in Tampa, Florida, 1 mile on the odo, price $226540 and Black ...

          (it's at least something ...)

Well done, Matthias! Sounds you did my job, but that's OK!

I will add a few more numbers soon ... still working on a few things, including "double VINs" (multiple VINs with the same last three digits). Gets more and more exciting ...

Matt: I haven't forgot you ... hope to do it soon for you ... (you know what I mean).

So now we need to get access to Carfax again, right?

Whatfor? In Carfax you sadly can't find color/interior as far as I know.

It really depends, but sometimes Carfax has info about exterior colour, mileage and locations (state, city, etc.) ...

So, I guess Carfax might indeed help a little bit ...

Oh yes (see "VIN Numbering" thread), anyone has access to Import Genius?

That's a good find Edvar. I remember finding something similar a while back.
it was for a shipment from Spyker of Troy to Spyker of China/Beijing. But I never noticed the VIN at the time (not sure if it was on it even).

So, we still need access to Carfax, but we need someone in the US for this, as only US residents have access.

I have a CarFax account that I renew from time to time for this kind of fun...

Give me a few days and I'll see what I can find.

You better brace yourself. Edvar just posted a LOOOOOOOONG list of all Spyker VINS he could find on Carfax.

See Attachment. Since it was from Beijng to Troy, my guess is that it was #080, the first D12 P2P prototype, that was being shipped.

                            XL9BA11G69Z363233
215 = For sale by Manhattan Motor Cars Inc., New York, NY 212-594-6200
216 = For sale by Silicon Valley Auto Group, Los Gatos, CA 408-354-4000 mileage 117
223 = Serviced on 7-11-08 by Braman Motors, Miami, FL 305-571-1200
226 = Titled in St. Petersburg, FL 4-24-09, color noted as orange, only reported mileage is 12, on 3-18-09
232 = Titled in Sarasota, FL on 4-28-09, color noted as black, only reported mileage is 12, on 3-21-09

226 is likely a LM85, if they are considering orange the dominant color of that paint job.
233 is an LM85 that we already knew about.

Otherwise, this is all CarFax has for this bunch.

Great stuff, Matt! Thanks for faxing ;-)

I'm interested to find out what colour #223 is. I know of the orange Laviolette, which has been spotted several times, but that one is still for sale (as in, spotted in the showroom). Carfax tells you it has been serviced, so I guess it is sold?

On #215: MMC only has the two older Spyders listed on DuPont Registry?
On #216: SVAG has no Spykers listed
