Changes are very likely I'll visit the store, but probably not during the opening.

Does the Car Bookshop in Hilversum still exist? It seems to be a little to close to make a second bookshop work in that area.

The owner of the Le petit salon says that his shop is special, because he is a car enthusiast as well, and he doesn't sell everything he exposes in his shop. So it's also a kind of a museum.

Hello Rijk,

Yes, Autoland is very much alive and kicking!
They are the shop with the largest combined assortment of Books & Models in Holland with an emphasis on handbuilt models like BBR and Looksmart. You can visit the shop in Hilversum at the Gijsbrecht van Amstelstraat 239.

Ciao! Olaf

The opening was amazing.
Victor Muller was there with his C8 Spyder, but also 2 classic bugatti's, a classic Bentley, a porsche 904 and many more! I'll post some pics + a short clip of the cars as soon as possible

If you had told me Victor was coming to the opening, I would have went there myself too.

It was a great show. Loved the DAF formula 3 car (Brabham?), great to hear the McLaren M1C starting up, the Porsche 904 of RTH looked smashing in his orange livery. Also had a look at the Alfa Romeo GTAm of Eiso Bergsma, the Lotus Eleven, Alfa Romeo 8C 2300 Castagna, Alfa Romeo 6C 2500's, etc. Compliments for putting this show together.

Ciao, Olaf
