Are the bodies fabricated somewhere else then and transported for assembly to the Spyker factory?

Yes, the bodies are produced by Karmann in Austria(?).

I have also got a picture of that car, I never posted it anywhere, I will try to find it. Don't know where they used it for though.

Maybe some kind of prototype? Look at the exhaust tips and it is also a pre-widebody.
