My new toy.....not a car :D
Well not really new, but about a month old. I bought myself a QNAP TS-659 Pro NAS a 6-bay NAS with loads of functionality and almost endless possibilities. I'm not sure if everyone here at Spykerowner knows what a NAS is, but basically it's a harddisk or storage server that's attached to your network. The QNAP is really a cool device: central storage (I put in 3x 2TB HDD's in Raid 5
 ), automated downloads, automated backup. It's really a bliss. I used to have a NAS (500 GB), which broke down about a year ago. Since then I was looking for a solid replacement, which I found in the QNAP. In combination with my HDX1000 (mediaplayer) watching movies and listening to music is simply bliss. I love my new toy I'm currently now saving up for a decent A/V amplifier and boxset. At Spykerowner: if this forum section is for cars only, then you can of course delete this thread
