INVITATION TO REGISTER FOR SPYKER CARS NEWS
Zeewolde, 29 September 2009. Spyker Cars N.V., the Dutch manufacturer of exclusive, luxury sportcars, is inviting the international media community, partners and fans to register to receive company, product and motorsports news. Registration is mandatory in order to receive direct emailed communications from Spyker Cars from 1 October 2009 onwards.
In order to comply with changes to the Dutch Telecommunications Act, Spyker is no longer permitted to send information electronically regarding our products and services after 1 October 2009 without prior permission from each individual recipient.
To register to receive news and information direct from Spyker, we kindly ask you to complete this short registration form Form. The opportunity to register will remain open indefinitely.
Spyker will continue to post news and information on its website and access to this site will not require registration. The company will continue to use established international news wires to proactively distribute its news releases after 1 October 2009.
In addition, as a company listed on the NYSE Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange, Spyker Cars N.V. will continue to meet its legal obligations to distribute corporate financial news in accordance with the legal framework of the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM).
