Maybe a moderator can put this thread together with that one: http://www.spykerowner.com/forum/uno...r/505-148.html

These are different cars. The top is Cognac (identical to mine). The lower interior color is the lighter beige (Pharoah?)

You're correct. The one from the Geneva motorshow is 148, so the other one is probably not 148

I've moved the posts with the lighter interior into this thread:

Check out this thread, post #14: http://www.spykerowner.com/forum/spy...k-event-2.html.

It shows pictures of car #148 and its VIN. If we look at the interiour colour its a different colour as in the first pics of this #148 thread (Beige instead of Tan). The exteriour colour looks also a bit different, but this could also be the lighting.

On the onther hand it has the same interour colour as the car mentiond in the following thread: http://www.spykerowner.com/forum/spy...ght-rider.html.

So probably the 'Knight Rider car' is the same car as used at the Salt Lake City Track event (#148).

Leaves the question, which VIN number does the car in this thread have exactly... Could this also be #148 (as the VIN picture seems to show) whith a changed interiour colour...

Or is the VIN picture to unclear to read the exact VIN of this Blue/Tan car.

                        ...

...Hope this post is clear enough to make everything a little bit more complecated...

Your post is very good, because it proofs the point that we are talking about two different cars!

In those pics the clear VIN shot says XL9AA11G56Z363148

In the unclear shot at the first page of this thread you can read XL9AA11G76Z36314x (last number unclear).

I checked my database (which is the same as the lists here):

                          140 is a gun metal/cognac RHD Spyder
                          141 is a black/red Spyder
                          142 is unknown
                          143 is a black/black Spyder
                          144 is a darkgreen/brown Spyder
145 seems to be the Zagato Concept and was a yellow/black Spyder
                          146 is a pearl white/cognac Spyder
                          147 is unknown
148 is the blue/tan Spyder from the other thread
149 is one of the very first Laviolette LM85

So it left out 142 or 147 for the second blue Spyder we are talking about in this thread or it is rebuilt to the first LM85? Did a quick search in carfax and both (142 & 147) are not listed at all (also not as a Laviolette).

When I was at the Spyker track event Vinny told me that 148 was in Knight Rider. Also if you look at the pictures from Knight Rider you will notice that it has no top, in my pictures from the Spyker event 148 has no top. Thats the way Vinny likes this car!
